Xiaodong’s research expertise lies in reservoir geomechanics, experimental rock mechanics, and crustal stress characterization. His main responsibility within the Bedretto Team is to organize the in situ geomechanical characterizations, hydraulic stimulation design and relevant modelling and experiments at various scales.
